Mr. Adrian Conradi
British Columbia Offshore School Representative (OSR)

Mr. Conradi joined Canada British Columbia International Schools as the OSR in 2015. As the primary liaison with the BC Ministry of Education for CBC International Schools, he facilitates the annual inspections and ensures that the requirements of the BC Ministry of Education certification agreements are met. Mr. Conradi also handles teacher recruitment and contracting as the Director of Human Resources for CBC International Schools, and has extensive experience liaising with government education agencies and setting up international schools in China, Korea, and other countries. Mr. Conradi is an innovative leader with 25 years of experience in international education in a wide range of experiences, from having served as Academic Dean at the first Canadian accredited school in China, to running the international student services team at Thompson Rivers University (TRU). Mr. Conradi is also the President of IntEd Consulting Ltd, Co-founder of KidzCan Global Education Inc, Special Advisor to the AVP International, the Convocation Orator at TRU, and is frequently requested to speak at national and regional conferences for International Education.

Mr. Kyle Chong

Canada British Columbia International Schools Superintendent

Mr. Chong has been with Canada British Columbia International Schools since 2011, and was formerly the Principal of the Kunming program on behalf of CBC Schools. As Superintendent, Mr. Chong provides administrative support and oversight for all CBC Schools in China and Canada, offering both the BC Provincial Graduation Program and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Mr. Chong holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Linguistics, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management, and an IB Certificate in Leadership Practice and has experience in leading teams of educators through successful candidacy and authorization to become IB World Schools. With a broad range of experience in international education administration and related business, Mr. Chong works closely with the OSR and the CBC Principals to ensure that the education programs are delivered with the utmost quality.
